Biography
Minimal meets Techhouse, would be a fitting but only superficial description for the sound of the Mecklenburg native.

His sets are characterized by deep and multi-faceted sound structures and the passion to combine dark and happy moods.

It all started in 1989 when Maik got the Kraftwerk LP "Electric Cafe" from his father at the tender age of 12, which he can still call his own.

So he started listening to electronic music from the aforementioned Kraftwerk sound to Tangerine Dream to Depeche Mode, which still characterize his sets to this day.

Fascinated by the "Electronics" radio program that runs every Thursday on the former East German radio station DT64, he got the development of techno in Germany almost from childhood.

With vinyls from Marusha, Westbam, Genlog or Ravers Nature (to name just a few), he started his first attempts at mixing, which he also did in the dining room of his school after the fall.

The initial spark for his sound, which he affectionately called "sexy techno", was given by the open air in 1998 in Lärz (today famous and notorious for the legendary "Fusion"), where he also played a six-hour DJ after a two-hour live set by Johannes Heil Set by Heiko Laux.

He has "stuck" to this sound to this day and tries to build up his interpretation of what he understood at the time in each set.

In 2009 he started trying to produce music himself!
At first a little undecided about the style, he has now found the sound for himself!
A mixture of deep house, minimal and downtempo.
